How long does my order take to ship?

Depending on what you purchased, processing your shipment can take 1-3 days.

Why did I receive only part of my shipment?

Coffee and mugs/apparel come from two different warehouses. So you may see a slight delay of shipping between the two if you ordered them together.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We would hate to see you go, but if you have decided to cancel, simply send an email to [email protected] with your transaction ID and we will take care of the rest.
